Luggage
Indicative allowance: one large bag and one cabin bag per guest. Surfboards, dive gear, bicycles and oversized items should be declared when booking.
Children
Children travel on every service. Infant and child seating in vans is arranged on request at booking.
Pets
Pet carriage depends on the ferry operator on the day. Ask before booking so we can confirm the service.
Boarding
Boarding is called in the lounge. Crew load luggage; keep valuables, passports and medication with you.
Island transfer
Island transfers meet the boat at Koh Kood pier and continue to your address. Look for the Seudam host.
Weather
Koh Kood has a green season roughly from May to October. Crossings can be delayed or rescheduled in heavy sea states.
Travel preparation
Light layers, reef-safe sun protection, motion-sickness tablets if you are sensitive, and a dry bag for the crossing.
